Short Bio

University of Jammu (JU) was established in 1969 under the State Legislature Act. It also maintains and affiliates the colleges and other institutions. Jammu University extends education in the faculties of Life Sciences, Arts/Oriental Languages, Sciences, Education, Business Studies, Mathematical Science, Law, and Social Science from its onsite Campus located in Jammu Tawi.
Accredited with an “A+” Grade by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India) the University stands among the tops in the NIRF ranking. Under the Online Education Mode, the University offers distinct degree programs.
